This qualification reflects the role of workers in a range of early childhood education settings who work within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard.
You will support the implementation of an approved learning framework, and support children’s wellbeing, learning and development. Depending on the setting, educators may work under direct supervision or autonomously.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Prospective students are required to undergo a pre training review session before enrolment and have a complete an ACSF Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment
Diploma Of Early Childhood Education and Care
Students will undertake 120 hours minimum of work placement at an approved Early Childhood provider. If a student is unable to find appropriate work placement Hammond Institute will assist in finding the work placements.
